Welcome to GenioLibre – Marketing Tools for ODOO. These Terms and Conditions («Terms») govern your use of our application and related services. By using our application, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the application.

1. Service Description

GenioLibre – Marketing Tools for ODOO is an automation and integration tool that allows users to publish videos directly to TikTok from their ODOO environment using TikTok's official API in a secure and authorized way. Our platform is designed to help businesses streamline their digital content and social media management within a centralized system.

2. License of Use

We grant the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our application in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the application without our explicit written consent
• Use the application in any way that violates these Terms or applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access control features

3. User Obligations

When using our application, you agree to:

• Use the application only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all TikTok policies and applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your TikTok credentials and access tokens
• Not reverse engineer, alter, or tamper with the application's source code
• Be solely responsible for all content you publish through the application

4. TikTok Integration

Our app connects to the official TikTok API to publish content on behalf of the user. By using this feature, you also agree to:

• TikTok's Developer Terms of Service
• TikTok's Community Guidelines
• Any other applicable TikTok policies

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to:

• The application and its source code
• Design elements and user interface
• Branding and trademarks
• Documentation and materials

are and shall remain the exclusive property of GenioLibre. The user does not acquire any ownership rights through use of the application.

6. Limitation of Liability

GenioLibre shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits resulting from use of the application
• Any interruptions or errors in service
• Content published through the application

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will:

• Notify users by email for significant changes when appropriate

Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be:

• Governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Peru
• Enforced without regard to conflict of law principles
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Peruvian courts
